Cancellation policy
If you must cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment start time.
Late policy
Please arrive to your appointment on time, with no makeup and very clean lashes. If you are late or if you do not have clean lashes, this will reduce your appointment time. This may result in an incomplete look. The charge for the appointment will remain the same.
New clients /no show
A 50% deposit will be charged upon booking for any new lash set. Your entire deposit will be used towards the cost of the lash set. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment start time, the deposit will not be refunded. An additional cancellation fee will not be charged on top of the deposit.
Infill policy
40% of the eyelash extension must remain for a fill. If you have less than 40%, a full set will need to be booked. Foreign fills are on a case by case basis. They may require more time, or may require a removal. This will be charged according to time spent.
The patch test should be carried out at least 24 - 48 hours before any lash extensions treatment. Any allergy to the eyelash extension lash glue should show signs within this time frame. If there are no signs of allergic reactions, you should be good to go for a full eyelash set.
